Given the abundance of emulators that specificly serve CPS and Neo Geo games, I figured it was best to separate CPS games from the rest of Arcade games.

CPS is/was Capcom's arcade board system. There are 3 different models of it: CPS1, CPS2, and CPS3. I'll go over each in turn.
