====== Kusoge ====== **Kusoge** is a portmanteau of the Japanese 'kuso' (crap), and 'game'. Used to describe spectacular failures, and glorious trainwrecks: games with inhuman difficulties, illogical puzzles, extreme boredomosity, game-deforming bugs, awful stories, (and so on,) but to such a degree that the games become interesting, outside the intentions of the developers. You know them when you play them. Applicable games are up for debate, and there are notable differences between Japan, and elsewhere, over games' classification. //[[game:Shadowgate]]// is considered a kusoge in Japan, but most likely not elsewhere. Enter 'kusoge' into a search engine and you'll be presented with a lot of blogs dedicated to goofy games, often focusing on Japan.
