Guide: 
When you start //[[game:animal_crossing_series#Animal Crossing: New Leaf|Animal Crossing]]// go to the train station and check to see if anyone has an open game!\\ If they don't open your gates before leaving to do your business, if you are lucky someone will go into your town!\\ When someone is in your town click the green tab at the bottom corner to add them as a best friend! 
Once you have: 
  - invited someone to your town
  - added them as a best friend 
  - enable the Best Friend Message system
