Some of the most popular PC-98 emulators are **Anex86** (good compatibility, easy to use, low system requirements), **Neko Project II** (most accurate, high system requirements, open source; the **Unofficial Build** has introduced many improvements) and **T-98 Next** (fast and compatible, but outdated in some respects and lacking an English interface).
